Yard Frogs
Yard Frogs with slogan "Leaps and bounds above the rest" is an effort to provide Lawn, Landscape, Fertilization, Weed control, Mowing and other services using the technology of new era which has made us mobile and connected. Yard Frogs has a team of service staff which are called "Frogs" in our term and they provide different services to our customers. Paperless appointments for service can be requested using the Yard Frogs Customer App, which will generate a request for service. Yard Frogs admin will review your request and send pricing info which customer can view on the App, if customer agree / accept it then admin assigns a service staff "Frog" for this job. Frogs will also have an enterprise App which they use to get notifications, view their appointments, start and end an appointment. The Frog will set the status of the Job to start before working on it and as soon the job is complete the Frog will end and set this status to complete.

There are two Apps and one Web Portal for Admin:
1. Yard Frogs Customer App (Soon Available on Apple Store)

2. Yard Frogs Frog App (Enterprise App which can be downloaded and installed privately)
3. Yard Frogs Admin Panel (Manage Appointments)
Yard Frogs Customer App:
Customers can use this App to get services offered by Yard Frogs. Customers signup with the App and start using it right away, add his first appointment and wait for its approval and pricing. Yard Frogs admin section is used by the admin users to review and send pricing to the customer. A notification is sent to the customer when price is set for the job, customer can either accept or reject this offer. On accepting the screen will show service details and keep showing this appointment details until the service staff of Yard Frogs complete this job.
Once the job is completed by the Frog, customer can pay charges and enter review for the service received. Customer cannot schedule new appointment until the Payment is made.
Yard Frogs Frog App:
Frog App is an enterprise App internally used by the service staff of Yard Frogs. Service staff doesn’t signup but are instead added from the Admin. The service staff "Frog" will get a notification on his phone as soon the job is assigned to him by the Admin. When service staff has reached the place he will start the Job using App and after completing the job end it from the App. Customer will get notification when Frog start working and also a notification is sent when the Frog complete the job.
